Are your products handmade?

YES! Every single item is hand cut and sewn ethically in Toronto, ON by one of the co-founders (Hazel). We are very proud to say that all of our items are Canadian made. 

What are your products made of?

Each one of our items are made with 100% Mulberry Silk. 
 

Is silk really that good for your skin?

100% - Silk's buttery smooth texture is extremely gentle on your face/skin. Because of the reduced level of friction, sleeping on skin or wearing a silk face mask will greatly assist in preventing wrinkles.
 

What's the difference between silk and satin?

Silk is a natural fabric while satin is a man-made material. 
Silk is the finest and strongest natural fibre in the world and provides numerous benefits for your skin and hair. It is smooth, breathable, and naturally hypoallergenic with a luxurious finish. 
On the other hand, satin is not a type of fabric, it is a finish of weave. Satin can be composed of one or more fabrics such as nylon, rayon, and most often polyester. Because these are not natural fabrics, satin does not provide the skin and hair benefits you would experience from using silk.

As well, silk can be washed while satin is dry cleanable only, making it more expensive to maintain in the long run. Treat yourself to 100% Mulberry silk products and experience the benefits for yourself.
 

How do I wash my products?

To care for your silk goods, they should be hand washed in cold water with a very gentle detergent. Lay your items flat to dry and never place them in the dryer! Excessive heat and temperature will damage the silk and and can dull the fabric, causing it to lose it's shine. Click here for more details!
 

Are your masks medical grade?

No, our face masks are not medical grade. Most masks sold by retailers are not medical grade.
 

What are the shipping options available?

We offer letter mail and tracked shipping through Canada Post within Canada and USA. We also offer local delivery and pick up in the GTA. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. 
 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and USA. However, we are working towards making our products available worldwide!

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Due to hygienic reasons, all of products are final sale. However if you have an issue with your product, we would be happy to help you.
